I have been employed with Enginetech since 1994. 

I live in the house my parents built in 1962, located in the Oak Cliff part of Dallas. I am fortunate to till the same garden my father started. This season we have already planted green beans, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and various herbs.

Graduate from North Texas State University, 1977, B.B.A.

Currently Treasurer of Twelve Hills Nature Center for last five years. Great project for inter-city youth to experience nature, www.twelvehills.org .

Past President of the Oak Cliff Lions club.

Born and Raised in Dallas, Texas.  I moved to Irving 5 years ago to be closer to my place of employment. After 5 years of work there, I decided it was time to move on and was lucky enough to be hired on by Enginetech.  I have been here with Enginetech a little over 3 years. I would have to say I really enjoy working at Enginetech and working beside my follow coworkers. I am a proud mother of a now 7 year old daughter and she gets all of my free time when I'm not working. Aside from caring for her, I enjoy traveling and relaxing on the weekends.

Shalonda Tapp

Born and raised in New Orleans, LA.  Graduated from Alcee Fortier Senior High School.  Attended Southern University at New Orleans where I majored in Business Administration and minor in Accounting.  I have a loving husband, a beautiful 14 year old daughter, and a handsome, Texas born, 3 year old son.  

We came to Dallas three years ago by way of Hurricane Katrina (no we weren't in the flood waters), in September of 2005, after leaving relatives in North Louisiana.  I was five months pregnant and my family and I weren't sure if Dallas was going to be our permanent residence.  Thankfully, Dallas has been good to us.  My husband was able to find work and I became a stay-at-home Mom.  After 11 months of being at home I was ready to get back into the work force.

In August of 2006 I applied for work with Accountemps, who gave me an assignment with Enginetech.  I am happy to say that I wasn't a temp for long because, in January of 2007 I joined the ET's accounting team permanently!  

When not working I enjoy the great outdoors with my children, and in my spare time I enjoy networking and building relationships through Mary Kay Cosmetics .
